We have not seen the last of D.A Cheryl Waller (Paula Dellatte). She will be upgraded back to a ‘season regular’ status in the fifth and final season of Family Problems.
Dellatte guest starred during the fourth season; appearing in a few flash back episodes. But we have yet to see the District Attorney in the present.
All we know is that Waller mysteriously resigned after Ellison’s death and Caroline Kinger (Lorrie Bacon) took over as D.A. Delatte is scheduled to appear in all of the episodes next season.
