Luna Kemp to Return in upcoming spin-off 'Harmony, The Historian Witch'

The LunaVerse is continuing to expand, and one of its most beloved witches is officially coming back in its third spin-off show.

Alexa Hartman, who originated the title role of Luna Kemp in the 2020 series Luna, The Witch, is set to make her first appearance in the franchise since the original series ended in 2023, in the upcoming spin-off Harmony, The Historian Witch.

Set to premiere in Summer 2026, the new spin-off follows Harmony Ashwood, played by Celena Lopes, a historian witch tasked with reporting on the history of the covens and visiting major periods in time.

The series is the latest entry in the growing LunaVerse franchise, which began with Luna, The Witch and later expanded with the spin-offs Francine, The Fixer Witch and Davina, The Delivery Witch.

Luna’s return will reportedly take place during a conversation with Harmony in her historian’s office. The scene will revisit events from the first season of Luna, The Witch, specifically Luna’s infamous love potion-gone-wrong storyline and the lasting effects it had.

In addition to Lopes, Harmony, The Historian Witch also stars Sara Bleything, Andres Luis Sanchez, and Richie Bruno. The series is produced by Seth Chitwood and Mark Anthony Hardy.

The upcoming show is also expected to feature the return of several familiar faces from across all three LunaVerse series, making it one of the franchise’s most connected projects to date.

Hartman’s return as Luna may not be limited to Harmony. The actress recently signed on to reprise the role in future LunaVerse content set to film in Summer 2027. Before then, she is also scheduled to appear in the upcoming third season of World’s Worst Holiday Series as Mimi, a screenwriting student.

Harmony, The Historian Witch is currently in post-production and is set to premiere in Summer 2026.
